The MEP systems for this facility include a 50 ton Ground Source Geothermal Heat Pump System, involving vertical well heat sinks and electric auxiliary heat, low flow plumbing fixtures, and high efficiency LED and fluorescent lighting. Also included was a full building backup electric generator for critical systems operation.
