DAE designed mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) and fire protection systems for conversion of historical J.F. Wild Bank Building (12 floors, built in 1904) from office space to 58 apartments with office space in downtown Indianapolis.
Systems include energy efficient T8 fluorescent and light emitting diode (LED) lighting, backup generator, elevator upgrades, egress lighting, water source heat pumps, outside air heat recovery, plumbing, laundry duct-work, and fire sprinklers.
