Wilson Chocolate Factory, the Overlook resides across the street from the Historic Indiana State Fairgrounds with the primary aim to reinvigorate the area.
In addition to (40) 1-bedroom units (675 SF each) and (9) 2-bedroom units (950 SF each), there is 1,800 SF of rooftop green-space, a shared event space, onsite fitness facility, and a job-training center.
