This project consisted of a tear-down of the existing building, and building the new restaurant on the existing site. DAE successfully completed design for a tricky utility connection, and an external grease trap.

DAE completed the HVAC, plumbing and electrical design for the remodel of existing Burger Chef restaurants into Hardee’s restaurants. Our initial project with Hardee’s developed into a two-year, repeat-project relationship.
