DAE has been providing MEP and Energy engineering services to MCCSC since the early 1990s. Our projects include:
Administration
remodel and addition to the 30,103 square foot administration building. The administration building focused on design changes necessary for additional egress and bathroom needs. This included mechanical and electrical renovation, addition of an elevator and restrooms, new roofing, exterior wall treatment, basement waterproofing, partition modifications, depending on program findings, and general interior renovations.
State Farm
West Lafayette, Indiana
Built in 1961, this 262,000 sq. ft. office and data processing complex needed a new cooling system. After consultation, DAE determined the most cost-effective option was to install three 275-ton chillers.
